is it just me, or does HRH The Countess of Wessex look kinda frumpy and out of shape? Her legs look fit but the rest of her seems overweight. Even when she got married, she seemed overweight and frumpy. I'm not trying to be mean. It's an observation. I'm not trying to compare her to Diana either. It's just my observations.

She's of average size and build for a nearly 46yo woman.  It's clear that she is not addicted to exercise and that she has a healthy appetite.

I have disliked that ridiculous cow since that whole fake Sheik thing.  She showed her true colours then and even though the RF managed to rein her in, I doubt her base character has changed.  And what kind of stupid woman feels the need to make public declarations that her husband is not gay.  It doesn't matter if Edward is gay or not, but the woman doth protest too much.

She made "political" remarks about Tony Blair and William Hague which made it sound as though it was the Royal Family's opinions. She reflected on the problems between Charles and Diana. She also said that Charles would marry Camilla after Queen Elizabeth, The Queen Mother dies and she referred to the Queen Mother as "the old lady".   She suggested to the fake Sheik that signing with her public relations company would have its "advantages" because of her connections.

In order to try to suppress the sheik tapes, she agreed to do an interview where she would confront the gay allegations about her husband.  If given a choice I'm sure she'd never discuss that topic.

The worst thing about the sheik tapes was that it clearly revealed that her entire PR business ( which later sank with many debts) was founded on name dropping, gossip  and access to the Royal Family.
