Good old BBC. That's the sort of thing you'd expect from the Daily Mail.
Mind you, I think Annie Leibowitz was right when she said that that tiara didn't suit the Garter robes.

The Queen reportedly wants to ban a BBC documentary after it showed a trailer which manipulated events to make it appear she had stormed out of a photoshoot.
The Mail On Sunday said the corporation was in dispute with Buckingham Palace as it was refusing to scrap the show.
The BBC was forced to apologise to the Queen two weeks ago for the trailer, but it said the programme itself would not be misleading.
In the footage, the Queen was seen walking into a room in Buckingham Palace wearing her Order Of The Garter robes.
