Queen Mathilde of Belgium wore the Wolfers tiara.

I think thatís the tiara I would wear if I had the option. Itís beautiful but not too big or ornate. Perfect for Good Queen Til!

Not me! Iíd go full Max if I had the chance!

This is very dinky to me, but it does suit GQT. Even when she goes big, its not huge.

Is it just me, or is there a weir knick in the tiara (at the spot where Till's hair is divided)?

I'd never seen the picture before, and while it's a lovely tiara it's now driving me crazy too.  Nerves

Absolutely. I believe she is a gunsmith and probably not much of a tiara girl in real life. Interestingly, her sister wore a different family tiara for her first wedding as well that was also style horribly.

Now that I've fallen down that rabbit hole, here is a picture of her grandmother, Elizabeth Percy, wearing it (I believe in the 1950s):

Totally looks like a necklace on a frame and it fell off in that location so it's bent there.

It would be much prettier as a necklace than a tiara in my opinion.

Completely OT, but whenever I read about this family I canít help but wonder how things would have been if Anne Boleyn had ended up marrying Henry Percy.

Heck, I used to wonder what would have happened if the previous duke had married Naomi Campbell's mother.

Heck, I used to wonder what would have happened if the previous duke had married Naomi Campbell's mother.

I was surprised and intrigued, therefore a short search on the internet Wink

"...As well as being a mother to Naomi, Valerie has a son, Pierre, 33, by her former husband to whom she was briefly married in the mid-1980s. Her spiritualism plays an important role in her life and gives her contentment. In her 40s she was linked to the late 11th Duke of Northumberland..."

https://www.dailymail.co....erie-Morris-Campbell.html

BTW, something I don't understand: according to the info Naomi's biological dad is unidentified and also not mentioned on Naomi's birth certificate. Apparently her father left her mom when she was about 4 months pregnant of Naomi. BUT it is still known that her paternal grandmother was (Jamaican) Chinese .....  Huh?
