Marie shakes hands and introduces herself as Marie (not Princess Marie). The guy she talks to then says that he has also once met her husband. Marie says "really"? Then guy confirms and Marie jokes "I hope he was nice". The guy then confirms "yes, really nice".

Marie came across as warm and pleasant.
I like her voice.

Can Joachim sometimes be temperamental? .. or not nice?

Of course he can - as can we all  Wink However, to me it sounds like a joke, it's something I myself would say. Kinda like: nice to meet you, your friend talks about you all the time! - Oh, well don't believe eveything you hear.  Wink

I dont know, I hope the humour translates into English...?

thanks for the translation Harley  Star

from the little videos we see, Marie comes across very warm when she attends her patronages, and has the ability to always make the people she visits important. I like that very much about her. Thumb up

not so much an event video, but nevertheless

Prince Joachim and Princess Marie has also been filmed for a TV movie for DR - here you can see them both at work and at home - at home with the kids.

Even Prince Joachim and Princess Marie has set for Danish DR where they had a film crew come close to them, both everyday and special occasions. You've previously seen the Crown Prince couple in a film that we showed earlier here on the web. We can also see other members of the Danish royal family - as Prince Henrik.

Marie is stunning in her spontaneity and presence ... Feels authentic and genuine ... Not nearly as controlled as Mary ...
Stylish man who seems very comfortable in his role ...

I do not feel compelled to disparage one of Queen Margrethe's daughters to appreciate the other.
Their roles in the monarchy is different and makes different demands, it is a big difference between being crown princess and future queen, and to be and remain princess in South Jutland with mostly 'minor' mission in the local community.
Crown Princess Mary follows the Queen Ingrid's footsteps and her personality is in all respects perfectly suited to the role as the crown princess and future queen of Denmark. Princess Marie has much more freedom and are not as zealously guarded by the press (both in Denmark and abroad) as Crown Princess Mary. Then it is obviously easier to let the personality and mood to be a bit 'bubbligare' in public.

Here you can see what a really amazing warm and wonderful human being Marie is. Her prinsesstitel does not seem to have changed her in the least, in terms of self-perception. She has style from the beginning, but completely lacks pride and stroppighet. Prince also seems to take on a more modest style. Marie's approach to learning the language of the country is something that would apply to everyone who comes to a country and are well received.

When Prince Bertil married his Lilian the mass-media pressures was nonexistent and silence consensus existed between the press and the courts. Now the media is on guard all the time and for that reason it is important to be super professional. The other royal houses composed of competent, language talented thoroughbreds which we compared at each performance. It will be a tough match as all have not realized!

# 2 Monica: One's personality is not dependent on what role you have in the royal family. The vast majority of tasks are the same for Mary and Marie. They participate both in Denmark's official events such as state visits, Nytårstaflet, the opening of Parliament, etc. Marie has not mainly smaller uppdrag in the community, but she has fewer patronages. But she is also the newest and youngest member.
Princess Benedikte is one of those who has the most, because she has taken over most of Queen Ingrid's. And as for bevågning then compete Danish magazines to write as much as possible about all the royal family, incl. ex-member Alexandra. Maybe you should try to stick to facts instead of fantasy!

@ 2. You are voice of my mouth!

# 6 Hansen.  Perhaps you will write and deepen when you're back on the job and have the time, now it's closing time! I always think Mary has a role and hiding behind a perfectly styled mask while Marie has maintained itself. How different they are also in in person, you learn  when you've met them both - even if it is at a distance.

Star loved it, both came across really well, Marie looked stunning when she was practicing the speech with a messy ponytail.

Marie is sweet.  I find her voice a little annoying - quite cutesy and childish, even flirty at times, the way she drops some of her consonants..
Just a small personal iritation. Otherwise, she seems nice.
