Do you mean your signature?
You need an account on a site like photobucket. Save the photo or gif to your computer/tablet and then to that site. Once you upload it then you will have an option to share it in various ways. Select IMG code and then you copy that code and put it into the signature box on the page where you edit your RD profile. It sounds more complicated than it is.
Photobucket is free but if you don't want to sign up for an account I will gladly save the picture you want to use ,copy the code and send it to you so you can just post it into the sig box. I can't save it as a gif right now because I just have my iPad at the moment and you can't save gifs on it. If you want to try and are having trouble just message me and I'll walk you through it.
