I think Beatrice, and Eugenie wear those ugly clothes and hauntingly uglier head-pieces so people can talk about them and get their photos on the papers.  Otherwise who would want to take pictures or talk about 2 plain-faced, overweight women who's only thing going for them is that they are the granddaughters of the Queen?  Oh - and having Fergie as the mother doesn't really help, does it?

Marry me, Liesl.

Can we all come to the wedding?

I don't know, if she honestly thought, this "thing" does her any favour. She has realy no clue or is completly resistent to any fahsion advice.  And, as Liesl said right: Oh - and having Fergie as the mother doesn't really help, does it? Perhaps she tought them "better bad press than no press"?

I'm trying to be sensitive to anyone who is sensitive to sexual assault-related humor.  I laughed but then realize it may not be funny to everyone.  To those who won't be offended: commentary on Bea's wedding look.

If the event had been Ascot and not a royal wedding, we would be laughing with her, not at her.

I do feel for the York girls, they get bad press because of their parents who are not liked ESP fergie, this is then open season on the girls, William and Harry get good press not because of their father but because of their mother, if fergie cares deeply for her girls, she should do what she is doing at stay out of the lime light.

It her eyes, their bigger that some girls boobs, and then at the wedding she does a Kate and it's eyeliner all the way., then as we know she has to much teeth for her mouth so she finds it hard to close it,( she trying ,bless her) but what does she do, does a Ross on them and over bleaches, in name of god ,her hair is nice , her legs are nice and she bloody highlights the two worst features.

You got it honey, it's all spot on.

Pretty hair, nice legs, but she wants you to look at her teeth and eyes instead ......  Why is that mouth always open?  You could park a bus in it and have space.  Plus she walks like a horse, no idea where she learned that because she doesn't ride them.  And she gazes around at everything like she's just arrived from Mars.

My advice to Beatrice is stand up straight and walk properly.  You walk like you're in drag.  You can't manage high heels, so get some walking lessons. All model schools offer them - you've got the dosh and the time.  Keep that ghastly mouth shut unless you're eating, speaking or smiling.  Never buy anything unless the sales lady has looked at you in 3 things and says that one is the best.

And put that f*cking stupid hat out on e-Bay right now and use the money to follow my advice.

I think Beatrice got a really beatiful milky complexion and Eugenie has got a bit english rose about her.

Yes they look like english noblility, and they tend to look better in old cardigans or riding gear.

I agree with this. They may not be "conventionally" pretty, but they both have a unique look with beautiful skin. They just don't do themselves any favours whatsoever with their styling. The right styling and they could both look very nice. In fact, Bea would have looked lovely at the wedding if she toned down the eye makeup and wasn't wearing a model of reproductive organs on her head. The dress itself was very nice.

Whoever MADE that fucktasticly ugly headgear should be shot by something large calibre and double barrelled point blank.
whoever told her she looked GOOD in that should be forced to eat their weight in TNT and then swallow a lit match.
The upshot of that would be that the end result of each would look better than Eug did at the wedding.

From wikipedia. I could be wrong, but I think his hats were on Project Runway last season as well. You were right about Isabelle Blow. She helped launch his career, when editor for Tattler, and wore many of his hats. He also worked for Alexander McQueen among other major labels. And has an OBE from Charles and Camilla awarded him in 2007. As a huge Harry Potter fan I noted he designed some of the hats for the movies.

Philip Treacy OBE (born 26 May 1967 in Ahascragh, County Galway, Ireland) is an Irish milliner.[1][2]

Treacy studied journalism at the National College of Art and Design in Dublin.[3]

He has designed hats for Alexander McQueen's white Haute Couture collection at Givenchy in Paris and for Karl Lagerfeld at Chanel. He designs hats for all the most important designers in the world including Valentino, Ralph Lauren and Donna Karen. He has been awarded the title of British Accessory Designer of the Year at the British Fashion Awards on five occasions during the early 1990s.[4] The late Isabella Blow, style editor of Tatler, helped Philip launch himself as a well known milliner and wore many of his hats.[5]

Treacy was design director of The g Hotel in Galway, in 2005.[6]

He was awarded an honorary OBE for services to the British fashion industry by Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall at a ceremony in Clarence House on 19 November 2007.

He has designed hats for various films including Harry Potter films, and designed Sarah Jessica Parker's hat for the première of the film, Sex and the City. Thirty-six of Treacy's hats were worn at the wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton on 29 April 2011.[7]

Many members of the BRF, including Kate have worn his. Bea's famous butterflies hat was one of his as well.
