As this picture shows the Duchess of Cambridge has an eye for a bargain as she was spotted four days ago in Bicester Village, a high end designer outlet.

It does negate the need for a dresser if she can spend time at designer outlets shopping.

I think she is a really boring woman. Everything she does is just so Snore Why doesn't she do something useful so she can gain some respect. She is a disgrace, imo.

Sadly we're stuck with her. I'm starting to think you guys are lucky with Mary!

I do think it is nice to see the duchess "shop" for bargains at outlets as opposed to buying designer wear that is made/designed especially for her and costing 10 X more. Though it would have been nice to see the new duchess working hard & supporting charities instead of wasting time shopping. Perhaps hire a lady stylist/clothes co-ordinator to lesson her "hard work" shopping. She is so slender, tall and can wear anything & look fabulous -- so she doesn't need to do the choosing personally. Yes

I wouldn't really call Bicester Village a place to go looking for bargains. Everything is designer so you're still paying alot of money there.

Mary's comes with Smoody...I've seen more of Smoody than I ever wished to and am potentially scarred for life  Dead

Kate is a bore yes but we get lots of laughs out of Carole "60 going on 16" and Pippa "stop pointing your cameras at meeee   "

Hi Little_Star,
Sorry. I have never been to the UK..been everywhere else but not the UK. WOW! I didn't know that Bicester Village still sold expensive stuff. Down under we have "outlets" but they sell clothing, shoes, etc..made by some of our more upmarket labels that have a small factory fault  so can't be sold at the major stores in the city so they are a 1/4 of the full price. If you have a lucky day you could pick up awesome bargains. I'm under the impression that Bicester Village might be different after your explanation in the post above. Thanks.

I'm happy to learn something new today.   Laugh bounce

Most of the outlets here tend to be aimed at the cheaper end of the market too!  Smiley It's just this particular one prides itself on being purely designer fashion (the outlet near me has a mix of high street and high end designer fashion).

Here's a link to the website

Oh and if anyone is interested Bicester Village is nowhere near Anglesey. It is however, just down the road from London  Roll Eyes

Thanks Little_Star for the link. You are so kind and friendly. Bicester Village looks like a very nice place to shop and have a look around. I'm very jealous and wished I could go see it for real. OMG! Love some of the British designs...it would cost a fortune when it get sent to us in Australia.

Reiss is awesome too!

You are so blessed to live in the UK....it looks like a shopping paradise with lots of cute funky clothes in abundance- it is no wonder all the Middleton women shop and shop till they drop & party hard--gives them the chance to wear lots of nice clothes and accessories.  WOW! Yes

Aww, you're very sweet. Thank you  Hug

The UK is a great place for shopping IMO and I love that we have such a thriving "high street" scene with so many different stores catering for the ordinry pocket. I live in Manchester and I think if you ever came here you'd probably shop til you dropped!  Tongue
