Duchess of Cambridge shopping

My sneakers look pretty dirty, too. Of course I'm not defending her! I just don't have cleaning them as one of my priorities. Maybe if I was like her and only had to worry about my hair, eyeliner, and shopping I would have time to clean them up a bit

Well, matter of fact is that SHE does not have to clean them. She can order a housemaid to do that.

Given that the shoes obviously were stored at KP, they may be in that condition since they were last used for a jogging in the park some months ago (or whenever she last stayed in KP ... she doesn't come to London so often ...).
And that's just incredible. Who'd put shoes as dirty as these back to the shelf without cleaning them?

And even if ... who'd put on shoes as dirty as these to go shopping without cleaning them ar least now?

Plus the training leggings. It's not that she came straight out of the gym. She's wearing them with a nice woolen sweater and a super expensive jacket. And maybe thinks that's a cool outfit.

Honestly, there's only one grown woman which comes to my mind wearing leggings as her everyday outfit ... and that is Peggy Bundy from Married with Children.

The difference is Peggy Bundy would have never left the house with stained shoes like that.

The mesh sneakers can be wash in the washer machine and let air dry. She just doesn't care, she's so lazy even to ask one of her many maids to clean and iron her clothes and shoes.

Leggings, a nice t-shirt, cute flats/boots, and a pullover or casual coat is a go to outfit for a lot of people. Kate's wearing what a lot of people wear.


But do they have her extensions listed as $295??

The Lululemon bag that she is carrying surely has some pricey new pair of leggings inside it and you cant get out of that store for less than 100 bucks for almost anything! And you can bet she has more than one item inside that little bag!

so it's official, she can't keep any shoes clean, not the one for "work" neither the ones for one and only real pleasure (shopping)

Maybe she had breakfast in the stable with her husband and didn't feel like changing shoes for an emergency shopping spree.

In stead of shopping for clothes, could she visit a beauty saloon, please? Sorry to say, but she looks absolutely hideous, it's like she simply doesn't give a damn anymore. In fact, she starts to remind me of Linus (except the clothing), which is really fascinating. In the beginning I thought Kate's hair and appearance was pretty neat.

She really looks more like 45 than 33, it's so sad.

For crying out loud just a serf, don't put that bug in her ear!!  I can't take the horror of her in flesh colored jeggings.  Besides, she might just "oops" forget to wear them given her previous history.

It's kinda funny that she did show up in brand new athletic wear, was it from the same store?

RE: her sneakers... dude if you guys think those are dirty you'd drag me to no end for mine. I do a lot of terrain running and my shoes are filthy. I'd lick the bottom of Kate's because they look so clean in comparison to mine. She must do a lot of treadmill work, if she does cardio at all. (I have ASICS as well lol)

National, the difference is you actually have a life where you are functional, unlike Kate.  You aren't going to be papped so you can wear whatever you want when you go shopping.  Kate, on the other hand, is completely and utterly clueless.  Why is she wearing anything like this to go shopping when she knows very well that somebody is going to snap her photo.  It's an extension of her station in life, and she obviously ignores that.

She's dressed on top for streetwear, and on the bottom for working out.  Utterly clueless for a celebrity, and as this point, isn't that basically what she is?  A CELEBRITY.  And a lackluster one at that.

I have those shoes.  NOTE TO KATE:  you can wash them!  I have washed my numerous pairs and I ran my (one and only) marathon in them.  There is no excuse for Kate on this.

But, for me, the problem (in addition to not taking care of her things that have been de facto purchased by the public) is that she doesn't even replace old-looking things!! I honestly don't care about her dirty sneakers on her private time...but I do care about - or at least am astounded by - her continual wearing of dirty, nasty-looking, scuffed, worn-out shoes when she's working! I cannot understand how she can leave the house with her work heels and boots constantly looking jacked up. It's just reason #763 why she needs a professional dresser!
