Closer had over 200 photos, they planned to publish more including the photos of her smoking (the editor was clear that she was smoking), but the injunction stopped it.

She was defintley seen smoking as recently as the Marseille airport back in 2012. Oddly enough this ranks up with hair extensions on things she is sensitive about. Being caught topless is no biggie but the smoking is.

    Being thought as whiny's mattress is definitely preferable to being caught smoking.

In the summer of 2012, Katie Nichols wrote an article about Kate's lifestyle change for a planned pregnancy. She would gain the necessary weight by eating only fresh fruit and vegetables, only organic produce. No sweets or cakes, no more alcohol and CUTTING OUT THE CIGARETTES.

And by all accounts, including public engagements from about June 2012, she visibly gained weight. She wasn't huge, but she wasn't skeletal like she was in 2011. The fact that she's gone back to skeletal weight of 2011 tells me that the baby factory has been shut. Though she lost weight between pregnancies, she wasn't as skeletal as she'd been, leading me to conclude that both pregnancies were planned.

Sidenote, i'm also convinced she was on some sort of pregnancy IVF type drugs because during that summer, her face would puff up for a few days, if not weeks. I'm thinking particularly of her Jubilee Visit to Nottingham with William and HM. Her face was puffy that I thought she had fillers, but in retrospect was probably IVF drugs which can have the same effect.

That does make sense.  The puffiness and hormones.  My guess is she is probably back smoking again to kill her appetite so she can be skeletal.  But, we'll probably never know for sure.

Oh, I think we'll know. I think it's a tide waiting to turn against both William and Kate... all that's needed is a great final push, and then very quickly ALL the previously concealed issues in the marriage will suddenly be aired out for the world to see. It was the same during the War of the Wales'. I think Kate and her mother will want to get very nasty, and that the palace has always been readying itself to fight back in equal or greater measure.

The recent articles from varying camps regarding who is the better parent gives me the impression that this scenario is looming nearer on the verge of possibility. And to be honest, I think I look forward to that day; it'll be the day that Kate and her family (and especially William) have long been deserving.

In the UK and Australia, learner drivers have 'L plates' in their windows, to let other drivers know that the driver is learning and could be nervous, slow, prone to stupid decisions.  Much like Waity.
