It is always nice to see Caroline doing work outside of the jet set world. Despite their lap of luxury I think Grace managed to instill genuine empathy in all of her children. It is good to see it at work for others instead of the usual pictures of her smoking on her elegant yacht or in a silly Chanel creation Lagerfeld puts her in for a ball.

Not sure if it was already posted here but... Caroline has mother issues, as i  suspected.

She always had a somewhat aggressive attitude when Grace was mentioned. It must had been hard to grow up seeing her mother being praised as an example of fairytale mother and wife, while she knew this was not true behind closed doors. I believe Caroline, and can almost feel sorry because this is child emotional neglect.

Also there's this blind item, that people believe that it's Grace...
"Every person has a picture in their mind how this former A list mostly movie actress must have been the best mom ever while living what some saw as a fairy tale. Nope. She regularly beat her kids and was known for abandoning them for months on end to live her own life.

What she actually said was that they were very close to their Nanny, and describes a typical aristocratic nursery set up of the time. She never said the relationship was distant as various different media outlets decided to interpret her words. She just said the impression people had/have of her upbringing was not quite what happened.

I don't think she has mummy issues, I do think it must have been hard being Grace Kelly's daughter and it must be annoying to have to keep answering questions about her over 30 years after she died.

As to the beating the children - I think that's utter cobblers. She may not have been perfect but I don't believe that for a minute.

October 1, 2018, Princess Caroline of Hanover visited a private exhibition of art held for the benefit of the Malaika Foundation at Knightsbridge Bonhams in London. Founded in 2007 by international model Noella Coursaris Musunka, Malaika is a non-profit with the mission of empowering girls and their communities through education. Based in New York, Malaika operates in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The Malaika Foundation has built a free school for 280 girls, 9 wells, and partnered with FIFA to build a community center in the village of Kalebuka

I adore this necklace, would love to know where it came from. Antique or not? Looks authentic to me, but I'm no expert.

The jacket is awful and so is the bag imo, but Caro looks good, happy and relaxed.

I think she is one of the few Royals/celebs who hasn't fiddled with her face( if she has, it has been minimal and her PS is fantastical).

Thumb up  me too!  Those do look like real scarabs, it's just a wonderful piece, authentic or not.  Caro loves her funky jewelry and she can carry it off.  There's a photo somewhere of her buying a clunky necklace at a street market and then showing it off to the table at lunch.  I love unusual things and this is looks special to me.

JMO she looks better with her real face than most of the plastic YOUNGER royals  on here JMO JMO

  love those painting behind her!

Caroline looks fantastic, she looks happy. The necklace looks like a  very expensive reproduction. Probably real gold and the enamel inlay is costly to. Just an opinion.
