Vile. He raped a new victim in November? He spent at least a week of that month locked up when they found a new victim. And he was spotted shopping with his mother? And he was still on the prowl for victims? Utterly vile. Am I right and this is the second victim he’s known to have attacked since the police got involved after the Frogner attack? They need to lock him up until the trial. He’s had enough chances now, surely, even for Norwegian law. At this point it’s looking like no one in power cares for the safety of young women in Oslo. (And is he still in Copenhagen? Danes beware!)

Yeah, he needs jail immediately, no bail. How many more are going to come forward?

He clearly (no doubt with his mothers help) fled to Denmark not for another vacation but to escape talking to the police. LOCK HIM UP! Are Norwegians as appalled by this as we are? Are police just going to keep letting him get away with all these crimes? Where's justice

So, this makes it what, 5 rapes that this bad seed has been accused of now?
After all this, I don't think this degenerate can be rehabilitated. Marius needs to go away for a long time, possibly forever, he is a clear and present danger to women and predators like him never stop.
As for MM, while I don't hold her responsible for his becoming a serial rapist, IMO she enabled his worse behaviours and served as a poor role-model (along with bio-dad and H).

How is at at least not under curfew? In the UK when you're bailed you can't leave the country. How come this cretin can go about as he pleases?

So this whole sorry mess has been going on since September last year. 43 pages of comments. How many charges? One? Two? He's free to walk around and keep up his behaviour?!

Well this is what happens when you don't put someone in custody or even under curfew when suspected of a crime.

In Norway are people able to leave the country when on bail? What would a typical sentence be if he is convicted of this? I know a mass murderer got 21 years

Unfortunately, this is no surprise. The problem is that the problem has already manifested itself.
As a teenager he was allowed to change schools and attend a high school with the focus on sport - without being sporty, he was allowed to move to California to study business, dropping out within weeks, buying a house with the ex-girlfriend - whatever pipe dream he had, he was generously supported and never held accountable.
For years, he was generously subsidized, presumably for nothing in return, not expected to complete any professional training, he was able to commit crimes against women without facing any consequences and the press did not report on the “shadow prince” either. In short, he experienced no external pressure to change anything in a life that was very comfortable for him: he didn't have to work and still had a very above-average standard of living, he was a “private person” with all the advantages that came with royalty: diplomatic passport, contacts, social standing.
This is the only life he knows and his mom showed him how to cream off without returning anything.

Further validation MM is a criminal! Anyone that destroys evidence in US can be charged with with stiff penalties. I assume that isn't so in Norway or justice just looks the other way for "special people". Disgusting!
