I wish they'd show the Gloucesters.  I'm a big fan of the duchess.

Bea looks fabulous. I'm so glad she is a visible part of the various jubilee festivities.

I'm always happy to see Birgitte, but all that black seems an odd choice for a garden party.

editorathome-The group photo showed her initially with  the black/white dress and a white shawl, but it looks like she added the raincoat later on.

Without the head band thing yes, not bad (for me it does not go).
Catherine’s ensemble is a horror.
Sophie looks quite good from the front (the colour suits) but some back view is unflattering.

Sophie looks so nice, I love that color on her and I think the hat is pretty. I agree, Mariola, Bea would look better without the headband or maybe with a solid color band like red. In general, I would like to see more color on all the ladies. Kate looks ghostly, that is not a good color for her and she looks like she's cosplaying a schoolmarm. It's always good to see Birgitte, but that is too much black for a garden party. Maybe different jewelry than the pearls which don't boost the outfit. She has beautiful jewelry, I hope we get to see more of her and her bijou this year.

All the ladies look great to me. Looks like the Gloucester lady only has a black rainproof jacket oh well. I love the ethereal quality to Beatrice's dress in a nice tattersall pattern almost a good contrast to the airiness of the dress. Nice that Catherine caught up with some of her photography subjects and were able to have a chat. I hear the snacks at a Buckingham Palace garden party are divine and make all the gussying up and traveling totally worth two seconds seeing the royals in the rain.

The Countess of Wessex, The Duchess of York, The Duchess of Gloucester, Princess Beatrix of The Netherlands, Prince and Princess Michael of Kent, Lady Gabriella Windsor, and Princess Alexandra attended the Service of Thanksgiving at St Margaret's Church in Westminster, London that was held in honour of Lady Elizabeth Shakerley.

Lady Elizabeth Shakerley, also known as Lady Elizabeth Anson, was Queen Elizabeth's cousin and a close personal friend of the Queen. She died at the age of 79 last November.
