Her eyes smile. She looks beautiful. When she does these true ball gown portraits, like this one and last summer, she knocks it out of the park. That does not look like an easy shade of green to wear. And that dress, fashion forward as it is in some kind of designer way, does not wear her. She wears it.

More like this, Victoria! Please!

She looks so stunning and genuinely happy/proud to receive the award! Love that little Rio got in on the photo action too!

Years ago Vic attended the Gay Gala and awarded a prize to Jonas Gardell. When it was announced that she was there, the whole place awarded. She got a standing ovation for several minutes, causing her to remark something like "Now I'm only here to give out the prize!". There is a clip on YouTube I believe.

Even in today's world it's quite rare to see royals get involved and engage with LGBTQ+ organisations and initiatives, so I think Vic is setting a fine example to other royals

The dress needs some fixing in the chest area and I wish her hair was down, but again - minor details. Overall, she looks very lovely and had a nice acceptance speech.

I think she has a fantastic smile - it just seems so warm and genuine, and you can tell she is really honored. I love the color of her gown as well.

Victoria held a meeting with staff currently attending the diplomatic programmes at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs which prepare them for service in foreign affairs. During the meeting, Victoria - who completed the programme herself in 2007 - shared experiences from official trips and visits abroad.
