They announced on social media his name and included new pictures of their darling family!

Noooo, Jigme is getting so big!! He needs to stay this age forever!
What an extremely handsome family. And so serene, it's calming just seeing them. And the new gyalsey is as beautiful as his big brother.

For the longest time I thought Jigme was a title as the heir, current King and his father all have that name. But I have been led to believe that itís actually a first name and that the coupleís second son also features Jigme. So does that mean they are going to be called by their middle names?
Also I read today that Bhutanese people have two given names, neither of which is a surname or family name unless they are descended from royal or noble lineages. So how is it know that people are related to others, do you address them by their names and not say Mr/Mrs etc? Does Mr/Mrs not exist in Bhutanese language?
Sorry if this is a really silly question!
