This eye issue. In my case, my ophthalmologist  said it can happen when you are tired or stressed.

Unattractive photo. Time to play guess her age again. Gotta like the white spots on her arms which we get to see because obviously she has been hitting the tanning bed.

She might have a touch of vitiligo. Peter Phillips appears to have it on his hands. It's not something a person can control.
