Dan is probably one of the most underrated consorts. Even the Swedish court seems not really to bother to show Dans engagements while they’re always very eager to report about Sofia.
His face looks indeed a bit puffy and his hair is getting thin but he could look much worse for almost 50 years.

He always gives the impression he is there because of Victoria. He is doing his engagements nice and friendly. No coverage. His parents in law don't seem to appreciate him at all. I feel sorry for the guy, he constantly tries to fly under the radar.

ITA. He reminds me a bit of Camilla, quietly getting important stuff done and not demanding a big song and dance about it. I wonder if the SR Court updates so much on CP and Hoefia in an attempt to justify their position or working in the SRF. Or Sofia could be demanding more attention given to her on the SM accounts, something I could completely believe and never see Daniel do |

Underrated and under-appreciated but maybe flying under the radar is a good thing. He never seems like he craves the attention like Ssss and CP, just quietly does his thing at Victoria’s side, for Victoria.
