Charlene is pulling the same moves every non-royal wife of HVIII pulled.

Marry the fat bastardized then secure and promote your family.  The Boleyns and Seymours would approve.

Yes, and the Howards too.

But that all turned out pretty badly......

The Princess Charlene Foundation:

President: Princess Charlene herself
Vice President: Prince Albert II
Secretary General: Gareth Wittstock
Treasurer: Lady Cristina Green  (in actuality, her style should be Cristina, Lady Green; in Monaco, British titles etiquette are superseded by whatever they wish to do in Monaco, which is their right after all... no less in the USA, we reserve the right to alter titles and protocols and language, flavoring it Yank style Tongue)

These nominations were "were appointed by Sovereign Decision, published on 20 September 2018 and 11 December 2017 respectively in the Journal de Monaco."

It is really only nepotism if Gareth was given the job solely because of his relationship to Charlene, but if he's actually, genuinely qualified.... It does happen. I don't know about him, however. What are his creds? lol

So she's gonna last at least until the end of May. I was hoping she would disappear divorce before then, but hey, there's always hoping.

In case of divorce, what will happen with the foundation, since it has her name?
There will be a change of the name or the foundation will stop operating and offering its services?
Will she receive a x amount of money for the foundation exclusively?

Antiroyalist, the same thoughts came to my mind too...
Though I still think that they try to put all the efforts to save the "family picture" as it is.

I find it interesting that the "Save the Date" wasn't translated into French, but the rest of the invitation is written in French. No big deal, but it's curious.

Looks to me as if she is starting to get her mojo back - I think we will be seeing a bit more of her this year. I hope so - would like to see a bit more of the old, smiling Charlene.

I always saw the foundation as her retirement fund, i.e. when they divorce she will use the money for herself.  But on second thought I'm sure Al will take good care of her financially.
The foundation can then be her toy and she will probably get to keep the title so she doesn't need to change the name.

Wow, the old smiling natural CW was such a loooong time ago. I don't think she will ever go back there. Not until she is no longer a princess and has found herself again.

Oh, thank you! I haven't thought the possibility of her keeping the title.
